At Calm Pathway Therapys, the mission is to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals through the help of hypnosis. I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives, and I am here to support them on their journey.

I am also a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I wanted to create a place where people can take advantage of hypnosis to make positive changes in their lives. I offer a wide range of hypnotic services, including stress, pain and trauma relief, sleep and relaxation therapies, confidence and self esteem elevators, fear elimination, and more. Hypnosis is the use of proven techniques to help clients achieve lasting results.
At Calm Pathway Therapys, I take a holistic approach to hypnotherapy. I focus on the mind-body connection and work to help clients achieve balance and harmony in their lives. My personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to the individual needs of the client.
Hypnosis is a tool that allows your conscious and your subconscious to agree. A person has four brain wave levels or states of mind; Beta: alert, Alpha: resting, Theta: completely relaxed, and Delta: asleep. Hypnosis is a way to relax your brain to allow it to go from an alert Beta state of mind to a resting Alpha or completely relaxed Theta state of mind. Through this process of relaxation, hypnotic suggestion may be more easily considered by the brain.
The process of hypnosis has evolved over 300 years coming to the USA in the 1830’s. Hypnosis is conducted in many ways. The benefits and uses of hypnosis are unlimited, examples include stopping negative habits, pain control, self-improvement and relief of fears and phobias. There are also many myths and misconceptions.
Are there things you have heard that make you question hypnosis? Such as, you will tell me all your secrets. No, that will not happen. When under hypnosis you remain in control of yourself at all times. If you don't want to tell me something you won't. You also cannot be told to do something you don't want to do or would normally not do. Similarly, you cannot get stuck in a state of hypnosis. If you fall asleep or our connection is disrupted, you will wake up relaxed and refreshed, as if you had taken a nap. That said, I want you to know that with us meeting through the internet, if we are disconnected, I would make every effort to reconnecta; and if you were to fall asleep, I would attempt to wake you. In either case, if you were under hypnosis and I was not able to bring you out, you wouold wake on your own just as if you had taken a nap.
Hypnotic Sessions include a phone pretalk and an internet video session. Time involved is an hour to an hour and a half.
